Lindiwe obtained a BA-Social sciences degree from the University of Swaziland and has a post graduate diploma in African Studies. She has a wealth of expertise in Labour Relations acquired from various African countries and over a decade in Human Resource Management experience.
Malcolm Campbell Malcolm Campbell
Malcolm has an Industrial Psychology Degree and thirty years of senior and executive level business leadership experience.

Apart from his experience in Southern Africa, Malcolm has worked extensively in Australia, Canada,Germany, Switzerland, and the USA. Past Director Human Resources at Joy Mining Machinery, he also had the responsibility for Global Organisational Development for Joy Global Group. Prior to this role he was Human Resources Specialist at SAB and Human Resources Manager at Karl Schmidt (SA). He has extensive consulting experience in the area of leadership development and transformation in a number of sectors including but not limited to insurance, financial service, manufacturing and in the civil, building and construction industries.

Tony Ansara

Tony Ansara
Has over thirty years of experience in the financial services industry, hospitality, service and manufacturing sectors.

Tony is the past CEO – Theta and Director Human Resources – Ernest & Young.During his ten years as chief executive of the HITB and subsequently THETA, he has gained experience in the ambiguities and challenges of transformation and of managing people in a society that is rapidly changing politically, socially and economically. He has worked in Australia and Europe.

Duduzile Nhlengethwa

Duduzile Nhlengethwa
Duduzile holds a BA in Social Science and a Certificate in Human Resources Management. She has worked extensively within government of Swaziland the private sector, a key parastatal organization.

She has over fifteen years’ experience in Human Resource management and has served in the executive management roles. She is a serving member at the Industrial Court of Swaziland, a non-executive Director of the Industrial Vocational and is of service to the Institute of Personal Management (IPM), Swaziland interim committee. Duduzile runs the One World Human Capital operation in Swaziland

Guy Meikle
Guy has an Honours Degree in Human Resource Development and a Post Graduate, Higher Diploma in Education. Past Manager Human Resource Development, Joy Global Group. He brings over twenty years of experience in Human Resource Development in the Financial Services, Manufacturing and Mining Sectors as well as in Secondary and Tertiary Education.

Mark Holshausen

Mark Holshausen
Holds a BCom degree (HR)Wits and an Honours degree in economics (Wits), Mark has specialized in technical recruitment over the last 8 years in heavy engineering, construction and mining. Mark has developed an expertise in expatriate labour throughout Africa and the middle east and has a good ability for sourcing scarce skills in these highly competitive markets.

Chere Fabre

Chere Fabre
Studied Hospitality management at WITS Hotel School and did her in-house training through Protea Hotels and the HITB. She spent more than ten years working in various departments in a variety of hotels in Gauteng, before settling into Marketing and Events. Cheré has recently returned to South Africa after spending seven years in Luanda Angola, where she set up a corporate five star guest house . She is fluent in English, Afrikaans and Portuguese.

Philisiwe Holds an Executive Secretarial Diploma, she is an experienced administrator who spent nine years within finance organisations in an administrative capacity, and has more than four years’ experience in recruitment industry. She is currently responsible for talent search, as well as providing recruitment support to the senior consultants. Phili is familiar with recruitment industry processes and dynamics. Phili always demonstrates fine attention to detail, combined with providing a professional approach to client and candidate relations.

Mandisa Completed her Bachelors of Arts at the University of Witwatersrand, taking Politics as a major and Psychology as a minor. Mandisa also holds an honours degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Johannesburg, as well as a certificate in the Essentials of Labour Relations of South Africa.
